I first saw Beverly Paige here, on this site, and thought “Hey! She’s hella cute! I’d love to see some of her movies!”, and loaded them up.
Big disappointment. She has the same problem that so many other adult performers suffer from: Horrendously crappy porn-patter. It’s so over-the-top ridiculous that any eroticism is blown away under its sand-blasting properties. And she’s far from the only model-turned performer to suffer from this – London Andrews, one of the most beautiful women on the face of the planet, did a hardcore film… and it’s un-fucking-watchable due to her porn-patter.
Dan Savage has said in the past that porn is kabuki-sex – and he’s right. One of the things that I love about big, curvy girls is that they’re the same people that I see every day – they’re more real to me than a lot of the popular physical archetypes you see every day.
