I think you’ll find that Nadine & Nelli are actually natural and the differences in size and shape are due to lactation as a result of a pregnancy or extremely large breasts (at certain sizes they can sometimes lactate anyway) and not due to surgery.

I never said that Nadine (Jnesen’s) were fake. If they were, they sure did a superb job making them look 100% real. I doubt Nelli Ruono’s are fake either, but then the few pics we have seen of her here don’t have all the views one needs to make sure, and they are for the most part teasers.
